The Sweet Retreat 2022

Booking Conditions

The Sweet Retreat is owned and operated by Jo Smith (CreativSAS) and Rosie Wood (Rosie Wood Branding). All content, ideas, workshops and programmes delivered as part of the retreat are the property of Jo Smith and Rosie Wood and will remain so.

None of the content should be duplicated, recorded or copied or shared. 

 

BOOKING & PAYMENT

You’ll be asked to pay a deposit upon booking and have the option to pay the remaining amount either in full or spread the payments equally from January - September 2022. All payments must be received prior to the retreat and failure to pay will mean losing your place and forfeiting any money paid so far. If you are having difficulties, the best things to do is contact us and we’ll do our best to support you.

COVID 19 POLICY

If government restrictions mean we are unable to hold the retreat on the 21st November 2022, a new date will be selected with the availability of all members of the party in mind. Your payments will be transferred. 

If either Jo or Rosie are unable to attend the retreat due to Isolation, their sessions will be held live over Zoom.

CANCELLATION

Your initial deposit paid upon booking is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your break for any reason (including self isolation) and you are more than 7 days away from our start date of the 21st November then we will do our best to resell your space. If we are able to do this, we will refund you any monies due back to you (minus your original booking deposit). If we are unable to resell your place then we will not be able to refund you any money paid. If you find yourself unable to travel inside 7 days of 21st November 2022 then we will not be able to offer you a refund. 

 

ACCOMMODATION CHANGES

Our accommodation is booked through a third party agency and so we are at the mercy of their terms and conditions. Should any unforeseen circumstances arrive that mean the accommodation booked is no longer available to us, Rosie Wood and Jo Smith will do their best to liaise with the third party agent to find a new location, but take no responsibility or liability for the change or any additional travel expenses this may occur.

THE HOUSE

A security deposit will be paid on your behalf to cover any losses or damages that occur to the house or any property belonging to the house. You will be required to take responsibility for any breakages or damages you may cause during your stay and ask that you leave the property as you found it at the end of your stay. 

ROOM SELECTIONS

The property we have chosen for our retreat has a mixture of twin and double rooms that may be booked for single or double occupancy. On booking, please tell us your preferred room type. All bookings will be monitored manually by Jo and Rosie and rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Your room type is not confirmed until you hear from us telling you so. If bookings come through quickly priority will be given in chronological order. If for any reason we find ourselves unable to accommodate your booking, you will be refunded your deposit. 

 

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS/ALLERGIES & SPECIAL REQUESTS

We will do our utmost to accommodate any dietary requirements and allergies during your stay but you must inform of any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances as soon as possible. 

 

CONTENT CHANGES

Rosie and Jo reserve the right to make changes to the content if they feel this is necessary to improve the experience of all attendees. 

 

BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY

On day two, all attendees will be given the opportunity to spend 30 minutes with our brand photographer and will receive their final digital images within 28 days of their return.
