BEFORE WE GET STARTED...

I run my business between the hours of 9am & 2.30pm Monday - Friday & my timezone is London GMT.

 

You can reach me during these hours by email, through your project in Asana (once we're all set up) or through our Facebook page. I typically respond to emails between 9am & 11am, so as not to disturb client design time later on in the day (it's much easier to be creative when there are fewer notifications going off!)

 

If you message me outside of these hours you should expect a response between 9 & 11am on the next working day.

On initial enquiry we'll establish your needs and choose (or build) a design package that suits your business best

We'll confirm your

design slot and send you a contract and invoice for your 30% deposit. 
 

Discovery! We'll send

you some homework

that'll help establish what your business needs from your new branding and the aesthetic styles you prefer

 

We're ready to start work! The next payment of 35% towards your invoice is due the day before we start work.

 

Design work begins!
If your package has a mood board we start this first. 
Next come the initial design concepts of your logos. 

 

Mood board and concepts are sent to you for feedback. 
We perform 1 round of revisions to your mood board and begin to build the first draft of your logo. 

 

Depending on the package booked, you have 2-3 rounds of revisions on your logo designs

 

Once your logos are perfect we move on to things like business cards, flyers, social media graphics etc These get 1 round of revisions

 

If your package includes brand style guidelines or a brand bible this is created now

If your package includes a website your homepage will be drafted now and sent to your for revision & feedback

 

Once your happy with the homepage, the rest of your site is designed straight into the live site. One round of revisions and we're done!

 

Everything is complete! 
Your final invoice payment is due before your files are delivered and we hit LIVE on your website!

ASANA IS MY PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOL. IT HELPS ME KEEP PROJECTS ORGANISED AND ON TRACK AND ENSURES NOTHING GETS MISSED.

You'll be invited to share your project with me on Asana and this invite will come right to your emails. I'll assign things like your questionnaire completion to you and it'll remind you automatically that this needs completing. Clever huh? All contact relating to your project happens through Asana so important feedback never gets lost of forgotten, and you can do this simply by hitting reply from your email inbox with no need to log in or set up an account.

SETTING CLEAR DEADLINES FOR YOUR PROJECT

IS IMPORTANT FOR BOTH OF US

No matter whether you're launching a new business or rebranding an existing, the whole time your project is open you business is in limbo. Your website isn't bringing in any money and your content isn't clear and coherent. Setting clear deadlines and ensuring all stages of the project are ticked off on time means you can plan you business activity realiably and get things (back) up and running exactly when you're clients and customers expect you to.

 payment  policy

ALL DESIGN WORK OVER £100 IS SPLIT INTO 3 PAYMENTS

The M Design Co calendar is super busy, and because of this it's standard practice to take a deposit to secure your design time. We ask 30% at the time of booking.
 

If your project is over £100, we'll take a second payment of 35% the day before we begin work on your project. If we're just working on business cards or anything with a value less than £100, you'll skip this payment.

 

The remaining 35% is due once work is complete and your files are ready for delivery. Any additional costs that may have occurred/been agreed upon during the design process will also be payable now.
